A. Comparision of piezoelectric ceramic material.
1) The yellow ceramic chip is the large-power piezoelectric ceramic material of series P8 (classified by the National Standard). It has the features of how calorific capacity, low loss and good hot stability. It is suited for large power ultrasonic emission, such as ultrasonic welding, large power cleaning and etc.
2) The black chip is piezoelectric ceramic material of size P4. It has the features of high dielectric constant high mechanical and electrical coupling coefficient. It is suited for middle power ultrasonic application, such as cleaning or transmitting and receiving sensor. Comparing with the chip of series P4, the black ceramic chip our company adopting has better hot stability, high Courier Temperature(Tc=340 ℃ ) and excellent mechanical and electrical character factor, and etc.
B. Comparision with the transducers with different material.
1) The absolute value of electric capacity variety and its loss of strong field of the transducer adopts yellow chip is low, so it has the features of low calorific capacity and driving stability. And the water flower is stability for the variety of the cleaning load. It has big shock and belongs to the type of in rules .
2) The mechanical and electrical coupling coefficient and the Courier Temperature of the transducers adopts black chip are high, so its efficiency of mechanical and electrical transforming is high, and these transducers have higher stability and more enduring high temperature than those transducers adopting common ceramic material of size P4. The water flower has high water column and the hand feeling of vacuole is abundant. And it is sensitive to the change of the cleaning load.
3) Advice of using: The transducers of high frequency (above 40 Hz) or low power (below 40W) should adopt black chip. And the transducers of low frequency or high power should adopt yellow chip.
